A curatorial narrative connects architectural form with disciplinary knowledge. Interactive installations across multiple floors form a knowledge axis, centred on a “wormhole” that dynamically expresses the intersections between disciplines.

Architecture as a knowledge axis
The design combines the building’s form with knowledge from different disciplines. Interactive installations at multiple locations connect the core concepts of a knowledge axis across different floors, linking exhibition content through the architecture.

A wormhole between disciplines
A central “wormhole” installation dynamically visualizes the crossing of knowledge. By combining physical and virtual elements, the design suggests the possibility of continual knowledge expansion within a limited exhibition space. The project was undertaken as lead designer in 2024 for the Shanghai Education Commission’s Science & Art Education Centre.
